Marble Refund Policy

At Marble, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium garments. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making a purchase with us.

1. Refund Period

You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us with proof of the defect within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we will process the exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Unwanted Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so within 5 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned due to a change of mind will be refunded within the 5-day period after receipt, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: Marble will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products.

  • Size Exchanges and Unwanted Products: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@marblelimited.ca with your order details and any necessary proof (e.g., photos of defects).

6. International Orders

Our refund policy is the same for both domestic and international orders. However, please note that international customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
